If Imus, why not Chavez and Putin?

Shock jock Don Imus reveals himself to be a racist, sexist pig. No sooner does he do so than, hey presto, he's out on his ass. No talking about keeping him at the table so we can maximize our influence over him. No apologizing and begging for mercy. No worrying about how the ridiculous little dweeb might retaliate. Just quick as you please, chop off his head.
