Brian: Walking around in China in a suit made of condoms isn't exactly the same as doing it in some Western country. In other words, if they can get this "out there" today, then what might they get up to tomorrow? It's hardly an indication of a dictatorship in full control of the population.

Beyond that, they're certainly protesting against unsafe sex. And surely you don't think that hysterical behavior is the only way to protest things. Rosa Parks wasn't hysterical.
