Mass resignations are following Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez’s decision to honor Cuban dictator Fidel Castro at Venezuela’s Independence – that’s right, Independence – Day, parade. Venezuelan troops seem to think Castro’s hand makes a mockery of independence. After all, he is a tyrant.
