MARTHA BEATRIZ ROQUE DENOUNCES HARASSMENT

Martha Beatriz Roque is a former political prisoner in Cuba and is the leader of the Assembly to Promote Civil Society, that gathers several hundreds of pro-regime change Cuban opposition movements inside the island. Since a couple of months, she is literally held as a prisoner in her own house. Daily acts of harassment plainclothes elements of the state security now turn into physical aggression. Some day ago, while she was going back home, a fascist woman of the state security and the rapid response brigades,started insulting and threatening her with beatings and even death. Plus, she and some other thugs even threatened some neighbors who dared to visit Martha at her home. Later, the state security painted some pro-Castro slogans and a giant portrait of the tyrant, in front of her house’s door, other than continously harassing her by putting pro-regime music at high volumen. Martha sent the following photos. When she opens the door, she sees a giant portrait of the dictator:

The second photo shows two anti-regime placards she had posted up on the door , such as “Long Live Human Rights” and “Freedom for all the political prisoners”. They were torn up by state security elements:
