I've heard people from B. Hussein Obama's "church" say this many times: The reason they rioted is because they saw the police in the 'hood, and their mere presence is provocative to certain elements of our society.

technically they are right. everyone would carry guns, and in general, that worked out better (not for a short time, but after that, it works pretty good).

in case anyone doesnt remember, that was when we all became civil and very polite, and had crime rates that we would envy now.

[of course it stunk like nothing you have smelled today, but that at least gave us perfume]
